WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We are pleased to announce we offer $8.00 flat rate delivery within Winnipeg (and some surrounding area codes). With our new local delivery service, orders will be sent out Monday's and Thursday's after 2PM CST. Any order made before 12PM on Monday or Thursday will be sent out that same day! Any order made after 12PM will be sent out on the next available delivery day. Live tracking will also be available to ensure you are up to date with the status of your shipment.

Within City Limits/Surrounding Area Codes: FREE when you spend $75.00 Or more (1-3 Business Days)

Outside City Limits: Under $50.00 Value - Standard Shipping Rates

Outside City Limit: Over $50.00 Value - $12.00 Flat Rate North America Wide

Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

 

HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES USUALLY TAKE?

Deliveries within Canada and the USA are estimated to take 2-3 business days on average while outside of these areas could take an estimated 5-10 business days. This is also dependent on time of year and what style of shipping you choose.

THE PRODUCT I RECIEVED IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

If this happens please email creatorbeautyhelp@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue with the product.

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO RETURN MY ITEMS, WHAT CAN I DO?

We are sorry to say but the CB team can not accept any returns of products that have been opened or the seal has been broken. We also can not exchange any of our lip, eye, or face products due to health and safety reasons. This does not apply to items that were shipped incorrectly or are faulty. If the product is unopened and has not been tampered with you can email us at creatorbeautyhelp@outlook.com within 14 days of your order.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

If we were the ones who made the error, we will pay the return shipping; However if the reasoning for return is not an issue caused by the CB team then it will be up to you as the customer to cover all charges with shipping the product back to us.
